Exchange and Returns Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for non-damaged, minimally used products with the original box within 30 days of purchase.

How to Return a Product:

2. Return Shipping: The customer must return the product via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense.
3. Packaging Requirement: All returned items must include their original boxes, pouches, and any other packaging material.
4. Refund Process: Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
5. Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
